(2) Avoid being poisoned by others, food you consume, drinks you drink (parasites), medical vacines, MMR-Autism, environmental/chemical hazards/pollution around you, be paranoid! (no-kidding)
(3) Go exercise, to get to a healthy state and to stay in a healthy state, running is the fastest way to make yourself tired, try to make yourself tired each time you exercise, when you are getting less and less tired for the same amount of exercise then you are getting in better shape, if you are satisfied with the level of physical preparedness that you built up trough increasing amounts of exercise then you can reduce the frequency at witch you make yourself tired trough exercise.
(4) Eat plenty of good food, drink lots of clean water, minimize CO2 filled artificially colored/flavored/corn-syruped/sugared drinks, Americans consumed 4-lb of suggar a year in 1900 and were healthy today they consume 130+lb a year...
(5) My "preceived" sensitivity to bowine "growth hormone" in my diet via beef/milk/cheese and antibiotics in beef/chicken necessitates for me to NEVER eat such products in near-RAW states so I "cook/bake" these foods untill such chemicals are neutral and harmless (beef-soup-->2-3hrs), as a result of these agricultural practices lately I only drink buttermilk and eat quality cheeses and almost never drink my favorite "red-label" vitamin D (1-gallon) milk anymore, when eating at the mercy of others I am "cautiously-aware" of their food preparation practices... I believe cloning of healthy farm animals in food production is/will-be great as well as geneticaly engenieering larger/faster-growing salmon/cow/chicken/pork/duck/geese/lamb is an excellent and proper forward step in food production using science...
