What Can You Do
To Remain Healthy For Life

(1) STOP putting poisons into your body and family members, cigarettes, aspartic-acid, Nutrasweet-Aspartane, alcohol, street-drugs, ect. channel the cravings you may have into more vigorous exercise.

(2) Avoid being poisoned by others, food you consume, drinks you drink (parasites), medical vacines, MMR-Autism, environmental/chemical hazards/pollution around you, be paranoid! (no-kidding)

(3) Go exercise, to get to a healthy state and to stay in a healthy state, running is the fastest way to make yourself tired, try to make yourself tired each time you exercise, when you are getting less and less tired for the same amount of exercise then you are getting in better shape, if you are satisfied with the level of physical preparedness that you built up trough increasing amounts of exercise then you can reduce the frequency at witch you make yourself tired trough exercise.

(4) Eat plenty of good food, drink lots of clean water, minimize CO2 filled artificially colored/flavored/corn-syruped/sugared drinks, Americans consumed 4-lb of suggar a year in 1900 and were healthy today they consume 130+lb a year...

(5) My "preceived" sensitivity to bowine "growth hormone" in my diet via beef/milk/cheese and antibiotics in beef/chicken necessitates for me to NEVER eat such products in near-RAW states so I "cook/bake" these foods untill such chemicals are neutral and harmless (beef-soup-->2-3hrs), as a result of these agricultural practices lately I only drink buttermilk and eat quality cheeses and almost never drink my favorite "red-label" vitamin D (1-gallon) milk anymore, when eating at the mercy of others I am "cautiously-aware" of their food preparation practices... I believe cloning of healthy farm animals in food production is/will-be great as well as geneticaly engenieering larger/faster-growing salmon/cow/chicken/pork/duck/geese/lamb is an excellent and proper forward step in food production using science...



(6) If 40 or older then the right amounts of Vitamins, Minerals, Amino Acids, vegetable-juicing (See-new-film:"Fat-Sick-and-nearly-Dead"), Enzymes and Steroids with excercise may be more benneficial than not doing anything at all...

I like/eat in "moderation = normal-ammounts" pork/beef/chiken meat/eggs/milk (home-grown-prefered), pork/goose/duck fat on (home-made/store-purchased) bread spread like butter and (home-made/store-purchased) Hungarian-European smoked sausages (home-made-prefered) things that "fitness" fads recommend avoiding, but after all I am 214lb "HUN" or "Viking" body type football=soccer player who (tries) running for 90 min and remains fit enough to score goals or defend... Men's food needs are different from beautifull 115-lb young woman for whom abundant health advice is available... but I do have to mention that animal fats store poisons that animals cannot metabolize, so these high fat diets normal in previous generations may be a bad idea in modern times due to higher chemical and other pollutions in environment that farm animals eat and store in their fats that people should not eat at all...

the food chain people eat animals and some cultures like eating more fat
from animals or like making bone soup (hungarians) and these people
poison themselves with the poisons that animals could not break down or
metabolize, so the human body attempts to metabolize the same poisons
that it ate from animal fat and now the human body needs extra vitamins
and minerals to complete the extra biochemical reactions in the body
needed to break down poisons, but this house cleaning would only happen
in athletic active people who also take extra vitamins and minerals, by
cleaning their bodied they feel and look better and younger due to NO
poisons in body and the extra minerals and vitamins can go to
maintaining the body, the physically active people with proper vitamins
and minerals are the only ones having any kind of hope at all to rid
themselves of small amounts of poisons trough metabolism and even these
people store in their fat things they could not metabolize, the human
body at death contains lots of stored up poisons and is considered toxic
by coroners and medical community...

So what chance does ordinary people not exercising and not eating
regularly vitamins and minerals and stuck in a culture of high fat
content diet with bone soup and even alcohol or cigarette intake, very
little chance of NOT graying their hair by 30 and looking old worn out,
hair falling out, and not dying early from stored poisons in body that
overwhelm normal body functions in a lathergic life style that cannot
ever get rid of ever increasing amounts of poisons... so thats why you
have 50-60 year old average age in some parts of Europe...

vegetable-juicing (See-new-film:"Fat-Sick-and-nearly-Dead") is fantastic for the body because it allows body to absorb nutrients directly from vegetables without cooking vegetables that would neutralize most of the nutritional enzymes/chemicals present in vegetables, but it does not taste as good as turkey with mashed potatoes and gravy and a glass of white wine... but it is better for you because if you are strong will powered and able to eat only juiced vegetables for 30-60 days then about 3-4 days into your healthy diet you would start burning very effectively stored fat that otherwise would never be used up because you always replenish your stomach with modern foods as you get hungry and never start using stored energy from fat reserves, the juiced vegetables make it much easyer to burn off stored fat without raw vegetable enzymes/vitamins keeps your blood chemistry correct, imroves vision/hearing/smell/taste and boosts energy!

Think how much money can be redirected from idiotic spending on cigarettes, alcohol or other poisons you are putting into your body!
(the NEW gov health care gimic/legislation is about "insuring" money for doctors/med-industry to continnue to afford 3-4 Mercedes/BMW motor-vehicles and several expensive houses, vacations, and $60K/year private school education for their children, exravant life style medical-industry has grown accustomed to...)

ALERT:
Use of non-alcohol based antibacteria agent "OxiSoft" containing "dihydroxyethl-cocoamine-oxide" as urinary track dissinfectant resulted for me in an unwanted 20 min head-buzz (absorbtion) and may result in positive urine drug test if testing just after use of this product as antibacteria agent... (so be carefull if testing is required for your job [I do not seek or have such job!])
